This is what gives our famous All Chocolate Cake its lovely dark roast flavour and enhances its moist soft texture. Our 100% Premium Dark Cocoa is made to our bean specifications, right down to the grade of cacao bean. We believe in whole bean chocolate, which means only natural cocoa butter in our fine cocoa.  Bake with our cocoa, and your cake will taste like ours too!
