Due to the perishable nature of our handmade chocolate products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been correctly fulfilled. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to facilitate a replacement.

    Email our support team with your order number and the photographs within 24 hours of receiving your delivery to initiate a claim.

    Our quality assurance team will review your submission to verify the condition of the goods and determine if a replacement or credit is applicable.

    Receive Resolution

    Once approved, we will arrange for a fresh replacement to be delivered to your address or issue a store credit for your next purchase.
